Join us for Proud Parents Kangatraining - a welcoming, whānau-friendly workout series for PrideFest Out West! Kangatraining is a pelvic floor-safe postnatal fitness class for mums, dads, aunties, uncles, grandparents, friends, and all forms of whānau. No babysitter needed - move, stretch, dance, and build strength while keeping pēpi close in a carrier.
This is a safe, inclusive space for Rainbow whānau, allies, and friends, with a focus on connection, confidence, and joyful movement. We’re also offering Kanga on Wheel - an outdoor walking-based class with fresh air, friendly chats, and nature’s mood boost.

Birthing parents must be 6 weeks postpartum for a vaginal birth and 12 weeks postpartum for a c-section.
