Skin & Touch is an intimate and therapeutic workshop exploring the art of connection through the skin. Drawing on principles of somatic therapy, sexual healing, and embodiment, this experience invites participants to deepen their relationship with themselves and others through conscious, mindful touch.
The workshop is a journey in its own right—a space to expand sensual vocabulary, explore the senses, and enrich intimate experiences with oneself and others. It also acts as a meaningful companion to Embrace, as performers integrate the skills and embodied awareness from this workshop into their artistic expression on stage.
The workshop explores:
Skin Philosophy — understanding the body as a canvas of sensation and connection
Touch, Scratch, Tapping — variations, interconnections, and intentional application
Rhythm, Contrast & Variability — how sensation evolves through timing and intensity
Bonus: Textures – “Size Matters” — an immersive demonstration using large materials such as velvet, fur, and silk
This is a safe, therapeutic, and deeply intimate space for personal exploration and connection, designed for anyone curious about deepening sensory awareness and interpersonal intimacy.
